2023 edition of the cask strength release of 13683 bottles. 90% matured in American ex bourbon casks, the remainder in Oloroso & PX casks. Smooth and sweet blend of peated & unpeated whisky. The Oloroso & PX casks add some fruitiness to an already exceptional product.
Nose: Coastal peat smoke, vanilla, bright citrus zest.
Palate: Maritime peat, ripe orchard fruit, warm oak, warm black pepper spice
Finish: Lingering peat with a subtle seaweed salinity.
