Daftmill 2011 Winter batch release (70cl, 46%ABV)

Distilled during the winter of 2011 and bottling in 2024. Crafting this 12-year-old single malt in small batches using home-grown barley and pristine water from a local spring. Aged in first-fill bourbon casks, it delivers an elegant and refined flavour profile.

Nose: Ripe banana, grainy pears, crisp apples, and mirabelles. 

Palate: : Freshly cut grass, touches of cloves, and honeysuckle, banana candy, marzipan, and a sliver of citrus. 

Finish: Medium finish, Oak, Mint notes.
