Incognito London Dry Gin

A crisp London Dry Gin with lemon peel and lemon verbena providing the initial burst of citrus on the palette before subsiding as the delicate floral top notes of rose, lavender and chamomile take over providing a smooth and delicate finish. The sharp citrus notes combine with the spirit to conjure up a peppery tingle on the tongue, providing initial heat that is then calmed by the soothing floral elements, leaving a sweet sensation on the palette. A Gin that is spicy up front and sweeter on the back-end.
