Tipsy Strawberry & Pink Peppercorn Gin

Our chefs had Wimbledon tennis in mind when deciding to base this gin on the amazing English strawberry, and have created a drink which conjures up every image of the beautiful British summertime. To give a punchy, sharper note to counter the sweetness of the strawberries, we added pink peppercorns, which provide a gentle spice and a fresh warmth.
