Boulder Port Cask American Single Malt Whiskey (70cl, 46%)

Joining the Boulder Spirits collection from Colorado, an American single malt whiskey, matured for three years in charred virgin American oak barrels and finished for nine months in ruby Port casks. Not something you come across all that often in American whiskey! The cask finish has imparted a rich, fruity depth to the vibrant malt at its core.

Nose: Baked rhubarb, Dark cherry and allspice.

Palate: Stewed plum, Dark chocolate covered ginger.

Finish: Forest fruit and Dry oak.
