This exceptional cuvée originates from a distinguished “Climat,” specifically from a singular parcel of vines known as “Aux Chailloux.” This terroir, celebrated for its unique character, has been elevated to Premier Cru status starting with the 2020 vintage. The juice of this cuvée undergoes both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. The “Aux Chailloux” cuvée is meticulously vinified over a period of 10 months in French oak barrels, with 10% being new and the remainder in barrels up to five years old.
